This option allows you to customize your 28-Day plan by selecting your own menu items for each meal occasion. Basically, you get to choose your own menu!

If you choose this option, our Ordering Wizard will walk you through each meal category and you'll see every food Nutrisystem® offers for the meal (including photos and nutritional information). You'll choose 28 items from each category to complete your order.

This process takes just a few minutes and ensures that your program is chock full of the foods you love-an important step toward success on your weight reduction plan. And the best part is, there's no additional cost to you for this customization!

It's a great way to get your program off to a good start, and you're never locked in. You can always come back and change any future orders to include different items at any time.
